Our service organization is growing rapidly, which is why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused full-time Service Engineers/Mechanics to join our team in Oosterhout (NB), Netherlands.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Netherlands, Belgium and the UK.
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
As a Field Service Mechanic, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for carrying out installations, maintenance work, and repairs on various machines and equipment at our customers’ premises. With your technical knowledge and customer-oriented attitude, you will ensure that our customers are optimally served, and their expectations are exceeded. You will be based in the Netherlands serving customers in mainly the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK.
We have an office/Wearhouse in Oosterhout with a small workshop and parts magazine that will be your ‘base’ that you can make your own and will be your responsibility to maintain and manage here you will carry out occasional repair work that you can make your own and will your responsibility to maintain and manage.
During your onboarding, you will be welcomed to the team as well as get to know the company and familiarized and trained on the equipment.
THE SERVICE TEAM
You will be welcomed into a small dynamic team of Service Engineers that are a mix of characters located around the world. There is a lot of freedom and flexibility to make your own decisions and work the way you want. We have an open and direct communication style and reporting lines are extremely short. We believe in the strength of the team and we collaborate and support one another, your input and ideas are valued and encouraged. We are looking for a driven, responsible, and enthusiastic Field Service Mechanic to add to the team.
YOUR PROFILE
MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction. At least 2 years experience as a mechanic in a similar sector. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Independent, but also a team player. In possession of driving license B. Willingness to travel in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK and available outside office hours if required.
